1993 Tokyo Urbanart #2 Exhibition Parco Award Winner. Yurie Nagashima, a 20-year-old art student, made her sensational debut with a series of nude portraits of her family. Her style of photographing friends and herself set the tone for her photography in the 1990s. However, as if refusing to become the darling of her time, she moved to the United States alone in 1995. After she stayed in Seattle and New York, she studied at the California Institute of the Arts. She returned to Japan in 1999, opening a new phase with her photographs of the American skating scene, road culture, and landscapes. She resumes her photography activities in Japan in earnest. This book is a record of the eight years of her life, Yurie Nagashima(From the obi text). Dedication signature.
