Toshiaki Kanayama was born in Tokyo in 1944. He continued to shoot anti-war movements after he dropped out of Nihon University's photography department in 1967, and published his photo book "dotou" in 1970 while publishing in weekly and monthly magazines. He compiled a record of anti-war conflicts from 1967 to 1970. He held a photo exhibition "Okinawa Prefecture, Japan" at the Nikon Salon in 1972, and this book is positioned as a photo book derived from it. It seems that the photographer's own feelings were sometimes expressed by photojournalistic techniques, such as the resentment of the U.S. military occupation in Okinawa after the defeat and the absurd behavior of the Japanese army during the war. It is as if it is presented by a rough high-contrast photographic expression. signed.
