This photo book features Jean-Louis Dumas (1938-2010), the fifth-generation head of the French luxury brand Hermès and former CEO. It was published to commemorate a photo exhibition held at the Maison Europeenne de la Photographie (MEP) in Paris at the end of September 2008. He always carried two things with him: a small red notebook and an old Leica camera, and continued to take photographs throughout his life. Most of his photographs were black and white. He recorded both the important moments and the small events of his life during his extensive travels for work, family, and friends. This book is divided into two volumes.
