A collection of representative works from the series "Between the Visible and the Invisible," produced by photographer Tomoko Yoneda from her earliest days. She has photographed the manuscripts and letters of nine 20th century greats such as Freud, Hesse, Mahler, James Joyce, Junichiro Tanizaki, Le Corbusier, Gandhi and Trotsky. What you can see on the surface is simple, but it also focuses on the invisible parts, such as the historical background of the time and the mental state of the glasses owner, which is a glimpse of part of their lives.
