A collection of photographs by William Eggleston, a pioneer of color photography and one of America's leading photographers. This book consists of early photographs selected from approximately 2,200 photographs taken between 1966 and 1974. It includes his first color photograph of a grocery store clerk pushing a shopping basket. There are a wide variety of ways to enjoy the composition and color scheme taken with his unique gaze, and the cultural background that can be seen from the subjects that are truly American. By the way, the title is named after Los Alamos, which he stopped by while driving in New Mexico in 1973 (of course, the photo in Los Alamos is also included). The site is also known for being the site of a laboratory where the atomic bomb was developed during World War II.
