Wolfgang Tillmans was born in Germany in 1968. He studied at the Bournemouth and Poole School of Art and Design in the early 1990s and has since continued to present his work in major exhibitions around the world. In 2000 he won the British Turner Prize, the most prestigious award given to a contemporary artist. This book was produced in conjunction with the exhibition held at the Fogg Museum attached to Harvard University in the United States from 2002 to 2003. Includes mainly still life photos from the late 1980s to the early 2000s. Until now, Tillmans has often designed his own books, but this is a ring-bound book designed by a person named Becky Hunt, so you can see his work more flatly in addition to the cute cover. (However, Tillmans doesn't really like open books like codex binding).
