This 120-volume set of the World Graphic Design series was published by the DNP Foundation for Cultural Promotion, which was established as part of the 130th anniversary of the founding of Dai Nippon Printing. It introduces a wide range of graphic designers, both from Japan and abroad, from deceased to active, with one volume for each. Because of the compact format, it may be difficult to delve deeply into the work of each designer, but it is the perfect series for reviewing the history of graphic design from a macro perspective.
