A collection of works by Jenny Holzer, known as an artist who uses words. This book is a revised edition republished in 1988 based on the first edition published in 1986. It was produced in conjunction with her exhibition held at the Institute of Contemporary Arts (ICA) in London. It includes a variety of sign art works that were produced in the 1970s and 1980s in places that many people can see, such as electronic billboards, posters, and clothing.
