This is a collection of works by Hamish Fulton, an artist known for elevating the act of walking into art. It was produced to accompany an exhibition that toured Canada and Mexico, following its debut at the Albright-Knox Art Gallery in New York in 1990. The book features a carefully curated selection of his "walking art" created between 1969 and 1989. His signature style consists of simple landscape photographs—capturing the traces of his own movements—complemented by brief texts or single words.
