This is the 13th issue of the series "ASPECTS & VISIONS TAIWAN PHOTOGRAPHERS" which introduces Taiwanese photographers from the top to the mid-career and young. Chou Ching-Hui rented a room near a leprosy sanatorium that has existed in Taiwan since the 1930s, and completed a three-year photo project that delves into the lives of leprosy patients. Chou's photographs reveal a world that is unknown to us. The main editor is Chang Chao-Tang (1943-2024), one of Taiwan's leading photographers.
